With the first signs of fall, I used my Sentro circular knitting machine to create a series of knitted pumpkins. Each piece was shaped by knitting roughly 70 rows, casting off, and tying yarn around the body to form ridges, then finishing with a crocheted stem and vine. The yarn was sourced from thrift stores, making each pumpkin a sustainable project built from available materials.
